1. General Provisions
Scope: These terms apply to all users of the EventSphere platform, including customers who order event management services.
Acceptance: By using the EventSphere website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change the terms and notify users of updates. We recommend that you periodically check the Terms of Use to familiarize yourself with the current version in a timely manner.
Age Restriction: To place an order, the user must be at least 18 years old.
2. Registration and Account Creation
Account Creation: To access the full range of EventSphere services, users can register on the website by providing a valid name and contact information. The user is responsible for the safety and confidentiality of their account information.
Accuracy of Data: The user undertakes to provide accurate and current data. EventSphere is not responsible for any possible errors caused by incorrect information on the part of the user.
Data Confidentiality: All information provided will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Provision of services and the event organization process
Initial consultation and planning: After the request on the website, the EventSphere manager will contact the client to discuss the details of the event and determine the list of services.
Conclusion of the contract and agreement on the terms: After discussing the terms and details, the client is provided with a contract, which specifies all the terms, including the cost, deadlines, responsibilities of the parties and specific services.
Preparation and holding of the event: EventSphere takes care of the coordination of all stages, including the selection of the site, decor, technical support and selection of partners for the successful holding of the event.
4. Payment, prepayment and refund policy
Cost of services: The cost is determined depending on the type and scale of the event and is specified in the contract. The price includes agreed services, such as equipment rental, contractors and other expenses.
Prepayment: To confirm the order, an advance payment is required, usually 30-50% of the total cost. The remaining amount is paid after the end of the event, unless other conditions are provided.
Refund Policy: Refunds of deposits are possible depending on the time of cancellation notice:
30 days or more before the event: refund of deposit less administrative costs.
Less than 30 days before the event: refund amount is discussed individually taking into account the costs incurred.
Force Majeure: In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure (e.g. weather conditions or government bans), EventSphere will offer to reschedule the event or refund the funds less the costs incurred.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
EventSphere's Liability: We undertake to provide services in full and within the agreed time frame. In case of unforeseen situations (force majeure, cancellation by third-party suppliers), EventSphere will take all measures to minimize the consequences.
Client's Obligations: The Client undertakes to provide accurate information about the event, pay for services within the agreed time frame and maintain contact with the EventSphere manager to promptly resolve issues.
Compliance with professional ethics: The Client and EventSphere undertake to comply with business ethics and maintain a respectful attitude towards each other. In case of incorrect behavior on the part of the Client, EventSphere reserves the right to terminate the contract without refund of the advance payment.
6. Event Changes
Rescheduling and Modifications: If the client decides to change the date or location of the event, they must notify EventSphere 30 days or more before the event. The possibility of changing the terms is subject to the availability of resources and the agreed plan.
Additional Services: Changes that require additional services are negotiated separately and may require an additional agreement to provide them.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Content and Materials: All materials created by EventSphere as part of the event organization are the property of EventSphere, including photos and videos. We may use them to showcase our services in marketing materials if the client does not object.
Confidentiality of Private Events: If the client does not want the event materials to be used for promotional purposes, they must notify EventSphere and we guarantee confidentiality.
8. Changes to Terms of Use
EventSphere reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. An updated version will be posted on this page and users will be notified of significant changes. We recommend that you check the terms regularly to stay up to date.

9. Privacy Policy
EventSphere collects and processes personal data of customers in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to this policy and its provisions. If the Privacy Policy changes, users will be notified and the updated version will be published on the site.

10. Dispute Resolution
Negotiations: In the event of disputes, the parties undertake to first resolve them through negotiations.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the country in which EventSphere is registered. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, it shall be considered in court.
